✹ The indoor gas-burning fireplaces and wood stove are only operable between October and April.

✹ Year round mountain views.

✹ We are available via text should you have any questions during your stay. An online House Manual, Area Guide and map to the lodge are provided for your convenience.

✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. No fireworks are permitted at any time.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
